
CrossFit Gold Standard Athletics is committed to making our athletes attain the highest level of performance, both physically and mentally. Owner, Corey Hostetter, believes passionately in CrossFit, but more importantly believes in helping others achieve their fitness goals through our specialized training programs. Everyone, regardless of age or fitness level, has a varying degree of ability. We strive to provide a fitness program that adapts to every athlete’s ability and pushes themto achieve things well beyond what they dreamed possible. You will be stronger, faster, leaner, and in the best shape of your life.
In addition to CrossFit, we have specialized programs that focus on strength and conditioning, mobility, sports performance, and agility.
Athletes don’t workout, they train. Some train to play on the biggest stages, others to play in the backyard with the kids. But ALL athletes train IN the gym to perform OUTSIDE the gym. CrossFit Gold Standard Athletics is an Athlete Training Center for athletes of any age.
Getting Started
Becoming a member at CrossFit Gold Standard Athletics is easy. All new members will go through a FREE Introductory Session that includes a one-on-one personal evaluation where we will discuss your fitness goals, give you a tour of our facility, explain the registration process, workout, and most importantly… GET YOU STARTED!

We also offer offsite training for select school and clubs teams. We design and implement a detailed performance schedule to meet team goal objectives, as well as the individual goals of each athlete. Sessions consists of the fundamental components of strength, power, explosiveness, agility, flexibility, speed form, and balance. Team training is specialized and specific, addressing team tendencies and weaknesses, which then allows the performance specialist the best opportunity to improve all athletes.
