Becoming a member at CrossFit Gold Standard Athletics is easy.

All new members will go through a FREE Introductory Session that includes a one-on-one personal evaluation where we will discuss your fitness goals, give you a tour of our facility, explain the registration process, workout, and most importantly, SIGN YOU UP!

Are you still not sure if CrossFit is for you? Contact us for a FREE introductory workout! Warning: You will be hooked!

If you are new to CrossFit, you will start with our Foundations 101 Training Program. Foundations 101 is required for all new members. If you have prior experience in CrossFit, consult with one of our coaches for an assessment and this may be waived. Our Foundations 101 Program consists of three instructional classes with a CrossFit coachwhere you will learn the basic fundamental movements of CrossFit and the important terminology used in the Workout of the Day (WOD). Once you have completed our Foundations Program, you will be ready for our group CrossFit classes!

We also welcome drop-ins anytime for a $15 fee, also exchangeable for a t-shirt purchase.
